Two Nights of Fareed & His Funk Bros. featuring Fareed Haque, Roosevelt Collier, Tony Monaco & Stanton Moore with Special Guests, Victor Wooten and Jeff Coffin on Saturday night!

About the band:

Fareed Haque is a modern guitar virtuoso. Steeped in classical and jazz traditions, his unique command of the guitar and different musical styles inspire his musical ventures with tradition and fearless innovation.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Stanton Moore is a dedicated drummer and performer especially connected to the city, its culture and collaborative spirit. Over the course of his 20-year career, drummer Stanton Moore has become known as one of the premier funk musicians of his generation.

Brought up in the tradition of the House of God Church, Roosevelt Collier built his reputation alongside his uncles and cousins in The Lee Boys. Seated front and center, "The Dr." leaves an indelible mark on listeners, flooring audiences with his lightning-fast slide work on the pedal steel.

Tony Monaco is a "Jazz Organ Monster." Mentored by the legendary Jimmy Smith in what is considered the more classic style, Monaco does not swing, smolder or smoke..."Tony Monaco burns," according to the CriticalJazz Review2012.
