Higher Ground

Higher Ground is a gospel-funk group that creates a space where ALL are invited to come sing, dance, and enjoy in a musical fellowship independent of any set religion or spiritual practice. The show aims to highlight the intersection and development of the two genres and how they have influenced each other. Artists like Patrice Rushen and Kirk Franklin to Stevie Wonder and The Clark Sisters have been constantly inspiring artists of all genres and pushing the music forward, so come out and get a piece of it yourself!
