Big Fun Brass Band

Big Fun Brass Band is a New Orleans style brass band playing a combination of New Orleans favorites, funk, soul, high energy pop covers in a brass band style, and some original music. 

Corey Bostic- Sousaphone 

Corey is one of the original founders of Big Fun Brass band, established 15 years ago, and currently leads the group. He plays several bass instruments, including sousaphone, classical tuba, bass guitar, synth bass, and bass trombone. Corey has toured all over the U.S. and abroad, including British Columbia, Quebec, France, Germany, the Netherlands, UK and Bulgaria. He's played with numerous bands, including the Dirty Bourbon River Show, The Telegraph Salesmen, Komenka Ethnic Dance & Music Ensemble, One Love Brass Band, The Slyfox Quartet, Dysfunktional Bone, and the 504 Horn Troopers. He also leads another local project called Dirty Tuba, which you can catch monthly at the Spotted Cat.
